Nagate TANIKAZE

Nagate Tanikaze is a young man who lives in a space colony called Sidonia. The colony is constantly under attack by giant aliens called Gauna, and Nagate is one of the few people who can pilot a mecha to fight them. Nagate is a skilled pilot, but he is also a bit of a loner. He doesn't have many friends, and he often keeps to himself. However, he is determined to protect Sidonia from the Gauna, and he will do whatever it takes to save his home. One day, Nagate is sent on a mission to investigate a Gauna that has crashed on Sidonia. He discovers that the Gauna is actually a young girl, and he takes her back to the colony. The girl, named Hikari, is a powerful weapon against the Gauna, and Nagate must learn to work with her if he wants to save Sidonia. Nagate and Hikari form an unlikely friendship, and they learn to trust each other. Together, they fight the Gauna and protect Sidonia. They also learn about each other's pasts, and they come to understand that they are both more alike than they thought. Nagate and Hikari are the heroes
